Internal Quality Assurance System
Quality Assurance encompasses all activities aimed at monitoring and ensuring the quality of the programmes delivered by the Faculty of Medicine, as well as generating and maintaining the confidence of students, academic staff, and society. For this reason, the University of Lleida has designed an Internal Quality Assurance System for its degree programmes (IQAS), which has been certified by AQU Catalunya. The IQAS ensures that each degree programme is managed in accordance with a set of established procedures that are continuously reviewed in order to identify areas for improvement. Each faculty and school at the University of Lleida has its own IQAS, although many of the procedures that form part of the system are common across the entire university.
The University of Lleida has its own Quality and Academic Planning Unit, which, through its close collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine, enables the design, implementation, and monitoring of quality assessment and improvement programmes, as well as academic planning initiatives, in accordance with the general policy of the Vice-Rectorate for Governance and Administrative and Service Staff (PTGAS).

- El Manual of General Procedures of the university, where the procedures that are developed in the same way throughout the university are collected.
- The Quality Policy of the Faculty of Medicine, which reflects the quality commitments of the center by interest groups and areas.
